Atlanta travels to Philly today to start the weekend series against the 3rd place Phillies.
Coming off a series sweep of the Yankees, Atlanta won the previous series against Philly 2 games to 1. And unlike last series, Ronald Acuña Jr and Nick Markakis are good to go.
Philly bolstered their league-worst bullpen by adding arms from the Red Sox & Yankees. But…..we already walked it off on newcomer Workman. So, don’t really care what they did.
I’m not going to say this series will be easy; but the Phillies have no business hanging with the Braves.
